| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez Rusya'daki Çinli göçmenlerin durumunu geçmişten günümüze kadar ele almaktadır. Tez kapsamında, Rusya-Çin ilişkileri ve Çinli göçmenlerin Rusya'ya göç etmelerinin nedenleri, Rus hükümetin izlediği göç politikası, ikili ilişkilerin göç üzerinde oluşturan etkisi, kurulan stratejik ortaklık ve göç durumunu stabilize edebilecek çözümler araştırılmıştır. Birinci Bölüm'de SSCB-Çin ilişkilerinde ve Sovyet ulusal politikası bağlamındaki Çinli göçmenlerin durumları incelenmiştir. İkinci Bölüm altında Çinli göçmenlerin Rus Uzakdoğusu'na göç etmelerinin sebepleri, faaliyet türleri ve etnik topluluklarının ana yönleri, aynı zamanda Rusya'nın izlediği göç politikası ve oluşan göçmen sorunlarına ilişkin çalışmalar yer almaktadır. Üçüncü Bölüm'de ise göç sürecinin yönetimi açısından Rusya- Çin sınır bölgesinde işbirliğinin gelişimi konusu ele alınmıştır. This thesis deals with the situation of Chinese immigrants in Russia from the past to the present. Within the scope of the thesis, the reasons of the migration of Chinese immigrants to Russia and Russia-China relations, the migration policy pursued by the Russian government, the effect of bilateral relations on migration, the strategic partnership established and solutions that can stabilize the migration situation were investigated. In the first chapter, the situation of Chinese immigrants in the USSR-China relations and in the context of Soviet national policy is examined. The second part covers the reasons for the migration of Chinese immigrants to the Russian Far East, the main types of activities and ethnic groups, as well as the migration policy pursued by Russia and the problems of migrants. In the third part, the development of cooperation in the Russian-Chinese border region in terms of the management of the migration process is studied.
