dc.description.abstractThis thesis aims to examine Soviet foreign policy during the Cold War decade and the post-Cold War Russian foreign policy and to have a comparision between two decades. The thesis argues that Russia has been influenced from the Soviet Union in the evolution of its foreign policy and inherited the Soviet legacy in every area. The thesis includes three chapters. In the first chapter, Soviet foreign policy during the Cold War is examined. In the second chapter, the changes in the post-Cold War international politics and the system is examined. The third chapter explores the post-Cold War Russian foreign policy and the comparision of foreign policies of Soviet and the post-Cold War decades.tr_TR
dc.description.ozetBu tez, Soğuk Savaş dönemi Sovyet dış politikasını ve Soğuk Savaş sonrası dönem Rus dış politikasını incelemeyi ve iki dönem arasında karşılaştırma yapmayı amaçlamaktadır. Tez, Soğuk Savaş sonrası dönemde dış politikanın oluşturulması ve uygulanmasında Rusya Federasyonu'nun SSCB'den büyük ölçüde etkilendiğini ve Sovyet mirasını her alanda devraldığını savunmaktadır. Tez, üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde, Soğuk Savaş dönemi Sovyet dış politikası incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise, Soğuk Savaş sonrası uluslararası sistemdeki değişikliklere ve uluslararası politikaya değinilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, Soğuk Savaş sonrası Rus dış politikası incelenmiş ve Sovyet dış politikası ile karşılaştırılmıştır.tr_TR
