Abstract
The people who are members of different religion and ideas haven?t being accepted forcely and by methods not being ethic. The ways of solution must be found for common matters tolerantly by speaking, discussing and by leaving the differences of religios. The people must be in attempts of reaching better and prettier not changing and metamorphosis, taking good directions to other religions and members of it. This is the aim of ceditcilik movement living in national consciousness, religion and education in Ural region since the end of 18th century. Musa Carullah Bigiyef is the final ring, his ideas have spreaded and have enlarged the field of effect starting from this region. His religious speeches; have resulted in explaining his ideas about publication of divine mercy more and the religious pluralism understanding. His ideas about this subject are about Tevhid and there is a proof about everybady who believes this, will get free. It is known that these ideas that have continved since Asr-ı Saadet were not new and that scholars before him occured thought substructure in region which he grew. Musa Carullah has claimed that all of people would enter Heaven in one day by benefiting from eternal mercy of God and grandness of Allah?s mercy. Renewing in religious field and bringing up solutions for new situations by abondaning the imitation of olda re his ideas. He has accepted the new thoughts benefiting from religious sources by returning Kur?an and Sünnet. He things that religion announced from Hz. Adem to Hz. Muhammed(sav) is tevhid religion and that everybady that lives in these principles will get free. Developing the freedom of religion coming together universal points are aims of Musa Carullah and scholars claiming this idea before. Democracy and pluralism are 2 important for the freedom of religion and related to the freedom of religion. Aim in this is the help of the newness and developing wiht beauties and newness without compromising from own religious behaviours and own culture, metamorphosis, changing and to reach the virtue of for bearance by respecting his thought, belief and life and seeing as a person.
