| dc.description.abstract | The conversion and abjuration of which the period of institutionalization struggles instead of being facts are tried to be considered in terms of social, psychological and religious aspects. These considerations are based on the Archival Documents of the State correspondences in which it is possible to observe.The thesis consists of three chapters after the introduction, conclusion, appendixes where some documents are given as example and references.In the introduction, technical information on the research, importance of the subject, purpose of the research, method of it, sources are mentioned, the conceptual frame is drawn and the conversion and abjuration until the Administrative Reforms in Ottomans are briefly and generally is given.The reasons and procedures of the conversion are analysed, the reasons are presented with multiple aspects; the procedures are defined theoretically in accordance with the documents, reflections of it to the implementations are explained on three different groups of the society: men, women and children. The conversion perception of the state is also mentioned in the first chapter.The consequences of the conversion are mentioned in the second chapter by focusing on either personal changes or social, economical, legal issues and the reactions towards people who convert their religions to Islam are mentioned, as well. Some statistical efforts are spent in the chapter as much as the archival documents permit.In the last chapter, the abjuration that is the opposite of the conversion is analysed. The causes and results of the abjuration are tried to be betrayed and some statistical efforts for the matter are spent. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.ozet | Tezde diğer dinlerden İslâm'a geçiş olarak tanımlayabileceğimiz ihtidânın ve onun karşıtı olan İslâm'dan çıkış anlamındaki irtidatın tarihinden bir kesit sunulmuştur. Osmanlı Devleti'nin en uzun yüzyılını yaşadığı Tanzimat Dönemi'ndeki seyrine değinilmiştir. Tanzimat Fermanı ile başlayan bu süreç, Islahat Fermanıyla sonlandırılmıştır.Çalışmada olgudan kurumsallığa geçiş dönemi incelenmeye çalışılan ihtida ve irtidat, sosyal, siyasal, psikolojik ve dinî yönleriyle irdelenmiştir. Bu irdeleme çalışması devletin birebir gözlemlenebildiği yazışmaları dediğimiz, Arşiv Belgeleri ışığında yapılmıştır.Girişten sonra üç bölümden oluşan çalışma, sonuç, bazı belgelerden örnekler sunulan ekler ve bibliyografyadan oluşmuştur.Giriş kısmında, araştırma ile ilgili, teknik bilgiler verilmiş, konunun önemine, amacına, yöntem, kaynaklara değinildikten sonra, kavramsal çerçeve çizilmiş, daha sonra da Tanzimat'a kadar Osmanlı'da din değiştirme hakkında genel bir bilgi verilmiştir.Birinci bölümde, ihtidânın sebep ve prosedürleri analiz edilmiş, sebepler çok yönlü sunulmuş ve bunun prosedürlerinin teorik olarak belgelerde nasıl ifade edildiği ortaya konulmakla birlikte, pratiğe yansıması, toplumun üç farklı grubu, erkek, kadın ve çocuklar üzerinden açıklanmıştır. Ayrıca devletin ihtidâya bakış açısı belirtilmiştir.İkinci bölümde ihtidânın sonuçları beyan edilirken, hem kişisel değişiklikler, hem sosyal, hem ekonomik ve hem de hukukî bir takım konular üzerinden mesele işlenmiş, mühtedilere gösterilen tepkilere de değinilmiştir. Ayrıca bu bölümde arşiv belgelerinin elverdiği ölçüde bazı istatistik denemeleri yapılmıştır.Son bölümde ise, ihtidanın tersi durum olan irtidat analiz edilmiştir. Sebepleri, sonuçları, farklı yorumlamalarıyla ortaya konulmaya çalışılan irtidat ile ilgili de istatistik denemeleri sunulmuştur.Sonuç kısmında, tezimizde ulaştığımız sonuçlar aktarılmış, ekler bölümünde de tespit ettiğimiz belgelerden örnekler verilmiştir. | tr_TR |
